Implementation and ongoing support were delivered by reseller Sminas according to the partner case study, with Sminas accountable for system configuration, deployment and post-production support across HR and payroll processes. The engagement covered setup of functional workflows and support handover to Inatel HR and payroll operations teams.
Operational scope centered on HR administration, payroll and occupational health functions at Inatel's Brazil sites, impacting payroll operations, HR administration and safety compliance processes. The project yielded an estimated savings of about R$250,000 as reported in the partner case study.
