Technical work centered on PL/SQL-based ETL and integration development: PL/SQL ETL routines migrated HR data into Banner to enable the modules, and a separate ETL was developed to move Banner data into the college’s Rave system. The team also built a custom interface to load county-sourced data and automated recurring HR processes using UC4 and PL/SQL. Ongoing support and reporting were provided to the HR/Payroll department following rollout.
