The implementation was executed with Thinkopen Solutions as the system integrator, and the operational scope encompassed asset management, finance and accounting, warehouse operations and invoicing teams across the national road network.
Governance and rollout emphasized process alignment, traceable archival of asset-related documentation and automated workflows for asset capitalization and depreciation events.
