Accounts payable controls include verification of vendor invoices posted by the Accounts Executive and review and amendment of staff expense claims arriving from Concur into NetSuite GL. General ledger configuration in Oracle NetSuite ERP included posting of journal vouchers for prepayments, accruals, payroll and payroll taxes, cost of goods sold and related entries across Singapore Australia and Japan books, depreciation posting and recording of additional fixed asset purchases for Singapore Australia and Japan, and cash funding entries for those jurisdictions. The implementation also produced monthly profit and loss and balance sheet reporting for Singapore Australia and Japan, supported quarterly GST reporting for Singapore, and provided transaction and reporting feeds used to assist in year end audit and tax activities for Singapore and Japan, including support for Japan consumption tax filing for YE2017 and liaison with Japan tax agents on financial statements for YE2017. The environment also supported assistance with MM US accounts receivable audit coverage for APAC platform clients. Operational governance emphasized role level controls and process handoffs, with Accounts Executive review points for AP postings, finance ownership of GL journal voucher schedules, and a structured AR collections and payment allocation workflow within Oracle NetSuite ERP. Integrations were explicitly implemented between Concur and NetSuite for staff expense processing and between Knox and NetSuite for credit note issuance, aligning source systems to Oracle NetSuite ERP transaction and ledger flows.
