Customization and automation work used JavaScript and Oracle SQL for data transformations and reporting extensions to align NetSuite workflows with manufacturing accounting practices.
Integrations were orchestrated through Jitterbit Harmony iPaaS to connect Oracle NetSuite ERP with Oracle NetSuite CRM and Oracle E1 ERP, and to synchronize data with Outlook, marketing systems, content management systems, marketing automation, and a bulk mail platform. Google API usage and bespoke JavaScript integration logic were applied for targeted data enrichment and connector transformations between systems.
Operational governance established finance process ownership and change control, with IT and finance stakeholders managing scripted integrations and configuration governance. The rollout focused on stabilizing period close and transactional reconciliation workflows across the finance organization while embedding Oracle NetSuite ERP as the central ERP Financial system for ongoing operations.

These modules align with standard Core HR capabilities for maintaining compliance and operational HR workflows.
Operational governance placed the HR manager on the senior management team with a direct reporting line to the Managing Director, which centralized HR decision making and accountability for employment law compliance, employee relations, disciplinary and grievance handling. The implementation supported employee engagement activities, Health and Safety committee participation, and the orchestration of performance management cycles across primarily sales and engineering roles. IRIS CascadeHR served as the system of record for case management and workflow driven HR processes at the Wokingham site.
The implementation scope was single site and role centric, focused on delivering reliable HR administration and statutory compliance in a stand alone HR management context. No system integrator was specified and the deployment emphasized internal ownership by the interim HR Manager. IRIS CascadeHR was repeatedly used as the operational Core HR application to provide data and reporting to management.
