These audits were executed by finance and payroll teams and extended to site level payroll records and timekeeping inputs. The governance approach combined centralized ledger controls with targeted compliance audits, embedding a process for periodic statement and timecard reviews into financial operations. The audits identified that approximately ten percent of instances where employees worked ten hour or more shifts lacked the additional one hour of pay required under the Spread of Hours law.
