Deployment was executed as a worldwide rollout supported by smartpoint IT consulting GmbH, and the solution is actively used by approximately 900 employees across 47 countries. Nintex K2 Five brought together forms, workflows and underlying data into a single operational process, improving cross location collaboration across product development, quality and project management functions. Governance was formalized through documented process steps and audit trails within K2 Five, improving traceability for ISO and regulatory audits and enabling a faster cadence of user driven process changes. The platform’s configurable workflows and dashboards have been used to capture user feedback and iterate process changes with minimal operational disruption. As reported by ALPLA, the Nintex K2 Five deployment improved visibility of global project status and enhanced business agility, helping teams collaborate more efficiently and support on time progression of new designs into production. Nintex K2 Five now plays a central role in ALPLA Inc. Process Mining support for global product development.
