The Customer Care online portal was managed alongside the main ERP to expose customer catalogues, categorized products and customer access controls, and Alteryx was used by super users to automate workflows, prepare data manipulation routines and produce operational reports tied to Abel ERP data.
Operational coverage for the Abel ERP environment spanned Alsco sites across Australia, New Zealand and Asia, with day to day support provided to the Customer Care call center and branch EDP operators.
