Governance and process work focused on centralized master data stewardship, proactive maintenance of support documentation, training for branch operators and Customer Care staff, and cross functional requirement definition with technical teams. Business Support Analysts provided specialist technical advice for the ABEL ERP environment, investigated recurring errors, managed documentation updates and monitored functionality during new IT project rollouts to branches.
