Oracle Legacy Oracle Cloud HCM Absence Management Absence and Leave Management HCM EvoSys 2020 2020
In 2020, AlveoLand implemented Oracle Cloud HCM Absence Management as part of a broader Oracle HCM Cloud program. The deployment targeted Absence and Leave Management use cases for AlveoLand's Philippines HR operations and established standard leave entitlement and approval workflows across the organization. The deployment of Oracle Cloud HCM Absence Management was delivered alongside Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR, Benefits, Compensation, Oracle Time and Labor, a Payroll Interface, Oracle Learning Cloud and Oracle Recruiting Cloud. Functional configuration focused on absence request and approval workflows, entitlement and accrual setup, absence types and plan administration, and absence reporting consistent with regional compliance and HR policy management. Integrations explicitly included Oracle Time and Labor for time capture and a Payroll Interface to feed payroll calculations, while Learning Cloud and Recruiting Cloud were brought into the program to centralize talent and learning processes. The implementation covered HR, payroll, benefits administration, talent acquisition and learning functions for AlveoLand's approximately 2500 employees in the Philippines, aligning absence records with timekeeping and payroll feeds. EvoSys served as the systems integrator for the engagement, which ran from March 2020 to October 2020 and used a phased rollout approach. Governance updates included role based approval configurations, HR administrator training, documented absence policies and operational workflow restructuring to support centralized absence management and ongoing administration.

TeamSupport Legacy TeamSupport SnapEngage Chatbots and Conversational AI AI-Powered Application n/a 2017 2017
In 2017 AlveoLand implemented TeamSupport SnapEngage on its corporate website. TeamSupport SnapEngage functions as the Chatbots and Conversational AI layer for customer engagement, providing a web-embedded conversational interface aimed at lead capture, live chat support, and initial customer triage across property listings and contact pages. The deployment emphasizes front-end chat widget configuration, automated routing workflows, canned response libraries, and bot-to-human escalation logic. The implementation includes session transcript capture and operational reporting to support oversight of conversational flows, and it is configured to surface contextual entry points on sales and leasing pages to align conversational triggers with user journeys. Operational governance was organized around customer service and marketing ownership for conversation design and response playbooks, with scripted escalation procedures to onshore support teams. Rollout was executed as a website-facing initiative, with the solution embedded across customer-facing pages to centralize inquiry capture and align support and sales intake through a single Chatbots and Conversational AI interface.
