The implementation centers on award interpretation and payroll transactions, with configuration to handle multiple roles, varying pay rates, entitlements and allowances required by the organisation's EBA. 2cloudnine provides a configurable award interpretation engine, payroll processing capabilities and real-time attendance and payroll data visibility to support complex pay rules and multi-role employee scenarios. Operational integrations were designed to interact seamlessly with both new and existing rostering and workforce management systems and to exchange data with other business systems used across service types. Being native to Salesforce was cited as important for scalability and security, and the solution was configured to support payroll, HR and workforce management workflows across Anglicare Tasmania's service areas. Governance and rollout were coordinated by ICT and Business Systems leadership, with Anglicare Tasmania's ICT and Business Systems Manager David McQuillan noting that the 2cloudnine team took time to understand operating nuances which gave confidence that the solution could pay staff correctly. Reported outcomes since implementation include accurate award interpretation and payroll transactions, greater visibility of real-time attendance and payroll data, improved ability to make data driven decisions, scalability to support growth and a trusted payroll partner relationship.
