In 2010, Aryzta implemented SAP ERP ECC 6.0 to deploy the SAP global template at a manufacturing unit. The deployment was led by a team of six consultants who managed local design and delta justification from the global template as part of a full life cycle implementation covering build, test, deployment and stabilization.
The SAP ERP ECC 6.0 scope included FI, CO, PP, MM, WM and SD modules, aligning finance and controlling with production planning, materials management, warehouse management and sales distribution workflows. Workstreams focused on configuration, master data alignment, functional testing and end to end process validation to reconcile global template constraints with local manufacturing requirements.
Execution phases documented by the program included build, system and integration testing, cutover activities and a stabilization phase labeled PGLS. The record explicitly references SAP ERP ECC 6.0 and the Apps Category ERP Financial, with primary business functions impacted including financial close and reporting, cost controlling, plant production planning, procurement operations and distribution at the manufacturing site.
Governance emphasized formal delta justification from the global template, local design signoff and structured cutover governance to manage business readiness and the handover into stabilisation. The six person consulting team operated as the control point for template conformance reviews while enabling localized configuration decisions to support the manufacturing unit deployment of SAP ERP ECC 6.0.

In 2016, Aryzta implemented SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central to centralize Core HR functions and establish a single source of truth for employee master data. The deployment positioned SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central as the primary Core HR system supporting HR operations and employee lifecycle management across the organization.
The implementation focused on canonical HR constructs, including employee master records, organizational management, position and job structures, and standardized employment history and job information. Configuration work included business rules and event-driven workflows to enforce data validation, approvals, and workforce status changes, aligned with Core HR data models and role based security.
The architecture was delivered using the cloud native SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central model, provisioned to support API based integration patterns for downstream payroll, timekeeping, and talent management systems. Technical design emphasized extensible data objects and standard reporting feeds to enable HR reporting and downstream consumption without prescribing specific third party vendors.
Governance and operational ownership were established through an HRIS led model, with SuccessFactors Senior HRIS Analyst capacity present since before go live to steward configuration, change control, and operational support. Controls included role based access, audit logging, and a formal change management process to manage configuration updates and HR process standardization.

| SAP | Legacy | SAP BusinessObjects | Analytics and BI | Analytics and BI | n/a | 2015 | 2015 |
In 2015, Aryzta implemented SAP BusinessObjects as part of its Analytics and BI delivery within the ARYZTA Business Services global template delivery team. The deployment used SAP BusinessObjects BI4 Web Intelligence and OLAP analysis front ends connected to SAP BW and SAP IBP models to deliver management and operational reporting across the organization.
The implementation focused on discrete data model and report modules, including Vendor Invoice Management data models that combined FI and PO posted data to surface First Time Pass rate and Exception reports. SAP BusinessObjects work included APD concept data models and BI4 WebI and OLAP Analysis reports for Service Level Reporting packs, plus FI-AR operational reports covering Cash Discount and Income Statement use cases delivered through BOBJ Analysis for OLAP.
Integrations were built against Open Text VIM posted data, SAP FI and PO posted tables, and AP Service Level submitted data, with the solution surface connected into SAP BW and supplemented by SAP IBP model outputs for market and customer insight. The delivery team also addressed a number of SAP BW open ticket items as part of operational stabilization and reporting accuracy efforts.
Governance and rollout were managed by the ARYZTA Business Services global template delivery team, responsible for design, build, fixes, and inclusion of the artifacts in the ABS Management report pack. The team executed configuration and report development workstreams for Accounts Payable, Finance, and Accounts Receivable reporting, and instituted data alignment checks as part of the Service Level reporting process.
Explicit outcomes included the delivery of a global management and operational reporting platform for ARYZTA reporting via SAP BusinessObjects. A documented issue remained related to the alignment of Open Text VIM posted data and AP Service Level submitted data within the Service Level reporting packs.
