Configuration emphasized a centralized knowledge base, search-driven content discovery, content tagging and role based access controls to surface relevant procedures and runbooks to frontline staff. Standard Content Management capabilities were applied to support structured article templates, version control and contextual search to reduce friction for support agents and NOC operators. Unleash Platform was integrated with Salesforce to embed searchable content directly into case records and incident handling screens, reducing time agents spent locating relevant information. The Salesforce integration was implemented across support ticket handling and NOC incident workflows inside AU10TIXs Israel support organization, enabling contextual retrieval from within the CRM environment. Governance followed a staged rollout across the support and NOC teams, with editorial ownership assigned to subject matter experts and a publication workflow for validated procedures. According to the vendor case study the implementation cut mean time to resolution from approximately 200 minutes to approximately 12 minutes, a reported 94 percent reduction, and materially reduced time spent locating relevant information.
