Operational coverage included retail and commercial deposit operations, call center workflows supported by CSI Call Center services, and back office reconciliation processes across the bank’s branches and centralized operations. Governance and rollout were coordinated with Banterra’s Office of Innovation and through ongoing collaboration with CSI relationship managers and the NuPoint Customer Advisory Board, providing a forum for iterative product feedback and prioritization. Reported outcomes tied directly to explicit operational goals, including increased automation via CSI APIs and alleviation of weekend and after hours staffing pressures through outsourced call center support, improvements that contributed to a more efficient customer experience.
