Operational scope engaged thousands of providers and clinics across the United States, and analytics outputs were integrated into payer business functions that include provider contracting, medical management, and network strategy. Governance and workflow changes focused on using episode-based performance measurement and predictive insights to inform contracting discussions and prioritize provider interventions. The analytics work uncovered about $6.5M in estimated annual savings by identifying cost and care opportunities, and those findings were used to prioritize provider engagement and contracting adjustments. The Merative Flexible Analytics deployment illustrates how Analytics and BI capabilities can be instrumented to support value-based contracting and episode-of-care performance visibility.
