Microsoft Dynamics NAV was configured to standardize the chart of accounts, invoice processing, stock valuation and order to cash workflows, and was set up with role based security and partner-led parameterization. Automation of recurring financial entries and posting routines was implemented consistent with standard ERP Financial functionality. Prodware led the rollout, providing configuration, user training, go live support and handover to finance and operations teams in France, and established process ownership for financial close and procurement. Integrations and touchpoints were scoped to align Microsoft Dynamics NAV with distribution and warehouse operational processes, and governance emphasized change control and user access management to sustain ERP Financial processing.
