Governance focused on data standardization, staged activation of modules, and change management communications to address user adoption. BreadTalk Group established standard processes and a playbook to enable consistent HR treatment across territories and to accelerate HR setup in new markets, while offering multi language options to meet local needs and improve data integrity. As a result of implementing SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, managers gained fingertip access to reports and employee information, and employees were able to submit digital forms and view personal data on mobile devices. The unified Core HR platform was positioned to support higher quality employee data and to enable better people decisions as additional countries come on board.
