Brink’s in 2023 selected and began deploying Oracle Cloud ERP (Oracle Fusion ERP) to replace a legacy system, initiating a centrally managed, multi‑regional program. Leadership created an Oracle Fusion ERP Program Director role to drive strategic planning and full‑lifecycle delivery across Europe, LATAM and North America, with centralized governance and extensive travel between regions. The implementation is being executed on Oracle Cloud and organized as a phased, multi‑country rollout that combines Waterfall program planning with Scrum delivery for system design, configuration, testing and deployment. The program director is responsible for data migration, system integration and necessary customizations to standardize core financial and enterprise processes across regional finance and operational teams, signaling a consolidated, global ERP financial deployment rather than a point implementation.

In 2020, Brink's implemented Workday Absence Management as a component of its Workday HCM estate to address Absence and Leave Management for its US HR operations. The initiative concentrated on formalizing absence plans, accrual rules, time off request workflows, and compliance-oriented leave tracking within the Workday tenancy.
Workday Absence Management was configured using native Workday business processes and calculated fields, with emphasis on absence plans, balance calculations, eligibility rules, and approval routing. Reporting and analytics were implemented using Workday reporting constructs such as composite, matrix, and trending reports to deliver absence balances, trend analysis, and operational dashboards to HR and people managers.
The implementation aligned Absence Management with other Workday functional areas, integrating with Workday Payroll and Benefits modules and leveraging Workday HCM tenant data for employee eligibility and payroll-ready absence pay reporting. End-to-end Workday integration project experience was applied to build inbound and outbound interfaces, and domain security work was coordinated with IT to protect PHI and absence-related privacy controls.
Governance and operationalization were driven by the internal HRIS team, which led configuration, test scenario creation, system and integration testing, defect resolution, and user training. Ongoing process improvement responsibilities included refining business processes, administering security configurations, and providing Workday training to HR and operational users to sustain Absence and Leave Management operations.
