Reporting and analytical capability was extended through SAP BW, implemented alongside SAP S/4 HANA and using BEx Query Designer to produce multi dimensional MIS. More than 200 custom specific report layouts were developed inside SAP and BW to support transactional reporting and management decision workflows, aligning SAP S/4 HANA transactional data with multidimensional analysis. Project governance included organizing business process sessions, reviewing and securing approval of Business Blueprint documents, preparing the overall project plan, and reporting project status, risks and mitigations to a steering committee. The implementation team was managed without an external SI partner and comprised a team of six SAP consultants from Germany working directly with process owners, while the FICO consultant also handled change management and evolving scope. Testing and quality assurance were delivered through prepared, scenario based test cases executed in SAP S/4 HANA for unit testing and flow testing across finance, production planning, procurement, sales and logistics business functions. The deployment emphasized process alignment between SAP S/4 HANA and operational teams in the Dubai entity, preserving strict change control and sign off on blueprint and test artifacts.
