The deployment centralized core bookkeeping and financial reporting workflows within the finance and operations functions, positioning Intuit Quickbooks Enterprise as the system of record for transactional accounting and board-level financial packages.
Intuit Quickbooks Enterprise was configured to support standard ERP Financial capabilities including general ledger maintenance, accounts payable and receivable processing, and production of financials and board books, aligning accounting records with operational administration. Operational notes indicate bookkeeping activity was maintained in QuickBooks while membership and event administration workflows were managed in Microsoft Access, with QuickBooks used to prepare financials, agendas, and board materials and to record transactional finance activity. The implementation covered finance and operations teams and restructured workflows for producing board-level reports and routine meeting packages, embedding bookkeeping processes into event and membership administration operations.

Rakuna Interview Scheduling is an Interview Scheduling application deployed to support Recruiting and Talent Acquisition functions within Capital Group, and was configured to manage interview orchestration, interviewer assignment, calendar coordination, automated candidate notifications, and interview workflow tracking, capabilities typical of Interview Scheduling solutions.
The implementation integrated Rakuna Interview Scheduling with Workday Recruiting, using Workday Recruiting as the applicant tracking system on Capital Groups careers site to synchronize candidate records and interview events between the ATS and the scheduling tool. Operational ownership was assigned to Recruiting and Talent Acquisition teams, and deployment required configuration of calendar connectors, ATS event hooks, role based access controls, and scheduling templates to standardize interview types and interviewer availability across the organization.
