Celcom Axiata implemented Digi-X altHR Leaves, an Absence and Leave Management application, to consolidate leave processing and provide unified absence controls for the merged CelcomDigi group. The deployment centered on the Leaves module and employee self service capabilities, enabling leave request submission, manager approval workflows, and leave balance visibility within Digi-X altHR Leaves. Configuration work aligned entitlements and approval chains to group HR policy, and role based access governed who could approve, adjust, and report on absences. Rollout covered the merged organisation across Malaysia and brought HR and People Operations onto a single absence management workflow. Governance established centralized HR oversight to support centralising HR and workforce management for the merged group.
