Temenos Legacy Temenos T24 Core Banking ERP Services and Operations ITSS Global 2015 2016
In 2015 Central Bank of Swaziland implemented Temenos T24 as its Core Banking platform. The deployment was installed by ITSS Global and targeted central bank operational functions rather than retail channel systems. The Temenos T24 implementation configured standard Core Banking capabilities including account management, deposit processing, payments clearing, general ledger posting and treasury support consistent with central bank transaction processing workflows. Configuration work emphasized transaction posting, settlement orchestration and parameterized product definitions aligned to monetary and fiscal operations. ITSS Global led installation and integration efforts to connect Temenos T24 to the bank's payment rails, internal ledger processes and regulatory reporting workflows, establishing end to end data flows required for payments, treasury operations and compliance reporting. Operational coverage centered on finance, payments, treasury and compliance departments within the Central Bank of Swaziland. Governance established application lifecycle controls, change management procedures and operational runbooks to support upgrades, reconciliation processes and regulatory reporting cadence. Temenos T24 serves as the central institution Core Banking system, with ITSS Global providing the implementation and initial commissioning support documented in the project reference.
