City adopted an incremental rollout starting in May 2023 with a full migration planned by the end of 2024, and governance adjustments to approval routing, scheduling policies and mobile first field workflows. Operational coverage spans finance, field operations, help desk, procurement and accounts payable where vendor portals are being introduced for invoice upload and automatic entry. Managers and help desk staff can approve requests in Teams, view technician availability and reallocate parts and assignments within the unified Dynamics 365 environment. Explicit outcomes reported during the rollout include an increase in same day completion of work orders by 26 percent from 66 percent in 2023 to 83 percent in 2024, a reduction in average days to complete work orders by 17 percent, and a decrease in average time to arrive on site by 10 percent from 2.1 days to 1.9 days. RSO moved scheduling from fully manual to more than 52 percent automated with a configuration target of 80 percent, and City reported 100 percent uptime for 14 months after go live. Leadership cites improved data visibility and real time insights as enablers for more informed resource allocation and service delivery across City Facilities Management, with plans to apply learnings to UK operations.
