Governance was concentrated on process standardization and consolidating HR data models to enforce consistent onboarding procedures and approvals across regions. The consolidated Microsoft Dynamics AX HR Onboarding Module delivered faster consolidation and productivity gains as reported by the source, while enabling standardized onboarding workflows and centralized HR master data for Comptel.
