Integrations focused on synchronization between the producer portal and back office finance and inventory modules to maintain consistent transactional and master data across the 12 units.

Use of Infogen's Bússola reporting and planning module is inferred from the engagement focus on consolidated information and planning outcomes, and this module was positioned to aggregate ERP transactional feeds into planning and reporting workflows.
Rollout and governance were organized around a multi-site deployment starting in June 2012, with centralized governance for data consolidation and standardized accounting and managerial reporting processes. Process ownership was realigned to support unified reporting across retail, supply and finance functions, enabling consistent planning cycles and operational coordination across Cooperja's sites.
