| Oracle | Oracle E-Business Suite | Oracle Cloud ERP | ERP Financial | ERP | n/a | 2019 | 2019 |
In 2019, Credit Acceptance implemented Oracle Cloud ERP, deploying Oracle Cloud ERP Financials as its enterprise financial system and migrating from Oracle E-Business Suite. The implementation was led within the broader application modernization program managed by the Application Development Director and positioned as the authoritative finance backbone for the corporation.
Oracle Cloud ERP Financials was configured to provide core financial management capabilities, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, and financial reporting, aligned to standard ERP Financial workflows. The program treated Oracle Cloud ERP as a SaaS core while building extensions and integrations using microservices, domain driven design, containerization with Kubernetes and Docker, and cloud platforms including AWS and Azure, supported by CI CD pipeline automation.
Oracle Cloud ERP was integrated with the loan origination system, OpenText Intelligent Capture Captiva, eCommerce platforms, ServiceNow, Workday, Oracle Cloud CRM, and the enterprise data warehouse and BI stack including OBIEE, enabling financial consolidation and downstream reporting. Operational coverage spanned finance, IT, product, and PMO functions, with a shared service model staffed onshore and offshore to support transactional processing and change requests across the enterprise.
Governance included company wide agile adoption with Scrum and Kanban teams, an incremental release process, change management, and established support and escalation procedures, together with disaster recovery and business continuity planning. Controls and security requirements were enforced for PII and SOX compliance, static and dynamic application security testing tools were standardized, and monitoring was centralized to improve service availability. The broader delivery program increased deployment frequency to 35 percent through DevOps automation and improved speed to market by 15 percent through analytical model optimization as part of the ERP and surrounding platform initiatives.

| Workday | Legacy | Workday Benefits | Benefits Administration | HCM | n/a | 2020 | 2020 |
In 2020, Credit Acceptance implemented Workday Benefits to centralize employee benefit programs. Workday Benefits was deployed to support Benefits Administration across HR, payroll, recruiting, time off and absence management, and HR service functions.
The deployment concentrated on standard Benefits Administration capabilities including benefit plan configuration, eligibility rules, enrollment workflows for open enrollment and life events, deductions and payroll interfaces, and benefits reporting and analytics. Workday Benefits was configured to align with existing Workday HCM and Workday Recruiting functional areas, and to support business process administration and reporting workflows owned by the Enterprise Cloud Applications team.
Integrations include ServiceNow HRSD, ServiceNow CSM and ServiceNow PPM for HR service delivery and case management, ADP WFN and Workforce Software for payroll and time systems, Fidelity for benefits carrier connectivity, Oracle HRMS for historical HR records, JIRA for project and change tracking, O.C. Tanner for recognition, and CounselLink for legal matter references. These integrations establish cross-system data flows between Workday Benefits and payroll, time and absence, recruiting, and service desk systems.
Governance and operational ownership were structured under an Enterprise Cloud Applications manager leading an 11 person team of Workday and ServiceNow BAs and developers, with responsibilities explicitly called out as business process administration, integrations, and reporting. Change control and rollout coordination used JIRA for tracking, and operational processes tied benefits lifecycle events into HR service workflows managed in ServiceNow.

In 2017, Credit Acceptance implemented FIS Origenate as its Loan Management system to support bankruptcy servicing and collections workflows. FIS Origenate was used operationally by bankruptcy specialists to manage FBCO and Dismissal Bankruptcy accounts and to generate and store loan documents used in court filings and customer negotiations.
Implementation scope centered on loan document management and servicing workflows, with configuration to support bankruptcy-specific processes including proof of claim and reaffirmation agreement generation, docket monitoring, and attorney communications. Credit Acceptance staff leveraged FIS Origenate for daily servicing tasks, dispute handling, skip tracing coordination, and structured collections activity consistent with Loan Management functional workflows.
