The solution was integrated operationally with existing recruiting channels named in the program, including LinkedIn and JobStreet, and with the company career website CRM to capture applicants and maintain a talent pipeline. Operational scope explicitly covered CT Corp Digital and involved cross-HR coordination with HR CTCD, HR Transmedia, and HR Bank Mega to align recruiting, payroll and compensation processes. Governance was formalized through HRBP-led weekly check-ins with business units, manpower planning monitoring, and standardized onboarding programs such as Hello CTzens and Bank Mega induction. Separately, the broader recruitment program reported an explicit achievement of manpower planning fulfillment greater than 80 percent within the first three months in Q1 2019, reflecting prior operational performance in the talent acquisition function. |
