This work included negotiating new long term leases with landlords and securing occupancy permits and business licenses from multiple municipalities to ensure accurate accounting and legal compliance across sites. Governance emphasized controlled cutover processes and documentation to ensure accurate information and accounting after the move to Oracle NetSuite ERP, and ongoing control over schedules and reporting. The migration from the IBM AS/400 to Oracle NetSuite ERP resulted in a move from a server based environment to the cloud, and thereby increased efficiencies in financial operations as reported by project stakeholders.
