| SAP | Legacy | SAP Concur Expense | Expense Management | ERP Financial Management | n/a | 2015 | 2016 |
In 2015, Dexia implemented SAP Concur Expense as its Expense Management solution. The implementation targeted Dexia's finance and travel operations in Belgium, standardizing employee expense submission and approval processes across the organization.
Configuration work concentrated on expense report templates, multi-level approval workflows, policy enforcement rules, itemized receipt capture via mobile upload, mileage and per diem handling, and corporate card reconciliation and statement matching. SAP Concur Expense was configured to enforce corporate expense policies and to provide auditable expense records for finance and compliance teams.
Operational governance established centralized policy administration within the finance function and defined approver chains and exception handling for business units. The technical architecture followed a cloud SaaS model consistent with Expense Management platforms, aligning expense workflows with Dexia's accounting and transaction lifecycle while preserving audit trails and compliance controls.

In 2018 Dexia deployed Adobe Connect for Audio Video and Web Conferencing on its public website. The implementation positions Adobe Connect as the primary web conferencing layer for client-facing webinars, investor relations broadcasts, and virtual meetings delivered through the corporate site. This reflects a web‑hosted deployment of Adobe Connect to provide browser-accessible meeting rooms, live presentations, and on-demand recordings to external audiences.
Adobe Connect was embedded into the website to expose core Audio Video and Web Conferencing capabilities such as meeting rooms, content sharing, recording, and attendee registration and controls. Operational scope is centered on external communications and virtual event delivery, aligning the application with marketing, investor relations, and client engagement workflows. Governance and session management are handled through Adobe Connect administration features to control attendee access, manage recordings, and orchestrate scheduled webinar sessions.

| Murex | Legacy | Murex MX.3 | Trading Platform, Portfolio and Investment Management | Investment Management | n/a | 2007 | 2007 |
In 2007 Dexia migrated its structured rate activity from OpenLink to Murex MX.3, deploying Murex MX.3 as the institution's Trading Platform,Portfolio and Investment Management solution to unify front office to back office processing. The initiative focused on centralizing trade capture and life cycle processing for structured rates into a single Murex MX.3 instance to support end to end trade workflows across trading, position keeping and settlement functions.
As a Murex consultant on the engagement I designed and built the import deal interface responsible for automatic insertion of deals into Murex MX.3. The implementation emphasized automated deal ingestion and trade enrichment at the point of capture, coupled with platform-native modules for trade capture, position management and confirmation orchestration consistent with a Trading Platform,Portfolio and Investment Management deployment.
Integration work explicitly included migration from OpenLink for the structured rates desk and integration of front office deal files into the Murex feed. Operational scope covered the structured rate business across front office, middle office validation and back office processing, with governance organized around the import interface, trade validation rules and reconciliation workflows to ensure consistent transaction state as trades flowed from capture to settlement.
