In 2015, Diocese of Duluth implemented Points North Whos Where. Points North Whos Where is used as a Payroll application to consolidate payroll and benefits data across parish organizations within the United States diocese, centralizing HR payroll recordkeeping for the Catholic diocese.
The implementation focused on payroll data aggregation and retirement and benefits eligibility capabilities. Points North Whos Where was configured to gather payroll inputs from individual parish payroll processes, normalize employee benefit status, and maintain retirement eligibility records and benefit enrollment snapshots for clergy and lay staff.
Operationally the deployment covered HR and payroll functions across multiple parishes within the diocese, creating a single source of payroll and benefits data for diocesan finance officers and parish administrators.
