In 2020, Dungarvin implemented UKG Pro HCM (ex UltiPro HCM) for Core HR. The initiative addressed a fractured environment where a payroll service bureau and an in-house HR solution produced data integrity gaps, redundant data entry, and cumbersome reporting, prompting a vendor-hosted SaaS deployment to centralize human capital processes.
The UKG Pro HCM implementation emphasized manager self-service and HCM transaction automation. Functional modules configured include manager and employee self-service for compensation reviews, performance reviews, training records, and contact data, plus payroll rules that automatically apply correct pay rates based on job code and location to handle employees working multiple jobs in the same pay period.
Deployment was delivered as a cloud SaaS model with Ultimate Software assuming hosting, software updates, and infrastructure maintenance, freeing internal IT resources to focus on other projects. The rollout included manager self-service for roughly 300 executives and supervisors and extended companywide access across locations and time zones to support approximately 3,000 employees, enabling real-time access to HR data without HR team intervention.
Governance and operational practices were adjusted to leverage UKG Pro HCM reporting and analytics for qualification gap analyses and workforce qualification alignment. Explicit outcomes reported include freed IT resources, improved management of complex payroll scenarios, enhanced companywide business intelligence and reporting, reduced manual pay rate errors, and faster, more accurate manager access to real-time HR information.

In 2015 Dungarvin deployed MediaMath as its Digital Advertising Platform on its corporate website to enable programmatic advertising and audience activation. The implementation is positioned within the companys digital marketing function and site-level ad delivery, aligning MediaMath with web-based campaign execution and measurement.
Configuration work emphasized core Digital Advertising Platform capabilities typical of MediaMath, including campaign management, audience segmentation, creative delivery, and bidding orchestration for programmatic inventory. On-site tagging and creative trafficking were implemented to support impression-level delivery and measurement, and MediaMath was used to manage campaign pacing, frequency controls, and targeting parameters used by Dungarvin's marketing and ad operations teams.
The deployment integrates MediaMath scripts and tag containers into Dungarvin's website front end to enable real-time bid requests and creative rendering, following standard client-side tag deployment and server-side bid orchestration patterns common to web programmatic stacks. Operational coverage centers on web channels and facilitates collaboration between digital marketing, advertising operations, and creative teams.
Governance focused on ad operations workflows such as campaign approval, creative quality assurance, and tag governance to maintain control over on-site ad execution and audience targeting. Privacy and consent aware tag configurations align with standard web focused programmatic deployments and are managed within marketing governance for this implementation.
