The upgrade was executed as an 18 month effort emphasizing testing, documentation and training, with structured test phases, end user documentation and targeted training for AP staff and procurement stakeholders. Governance activities focused on vendor data maintenance, controls for invoice and card reconciliation and validation of Concur Expense Reporting interfaces within the ERP Financial environment.

Data handling and integration patterns used SQL*Loader and PL/SQL for bulk loads and interfaces, supporting payroll feeds toward ADP and automated enrollment updates during open enrollment windows. Governance and rollout were centered on benefits project ownership, with the implementation team performing Open Enrollment for OAB and CWB and acting as point of contact for those projects. The project emphasized configuration accuracy for eligibility and rate profiles and established role based setups within SSHR to support enrollment workflows and administrative approvals.
