| Oracle | Legacy | Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS | Core HR | HCM | n/a | 2011 | 2011 |
In 2011 Dunkin Brands Inc implemented Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS as its Core HR platform, deploying the application on an Oracle Applications 11.5.10 stack with Oracle 9i database and Forms and Reports 6i, running across Unix and Windows 2000 hosts. The technical environment relied on SQL*Loader, SQL, PL/SQL, and SQL Developer for data migration and ongoing batch and scripted data operations, establishing a classical on-premises Oracle Applications architecture for HR processing.
The Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS implementation included customization and configuration across a broad set of HR modules, specifically Oracle HR Payroll with ADP integration, OAB, SSHR, CWB, OTL, IRC, Performance Management, and OLM. Benefit administration work included defining new Benefit Groups, Programs, Program enrollment requirements, Plan Types, Options, Plans, Plan enrollment requirements, Participant eligibility profiles, Dependent eligibility profiles, Variable rate profiles, and Standard rates, reflecting deep configuration of OAB and CWB for benefits enrollment and eligibility logic.
Operational coverage focused on HR and Payroll business functions, benefits administration, time and labor, talent and performance management, and learning management, with Self Service HR enabling employee facing enrollment and HR transactions. Data handling and integration patterns used SQL*Loader and PL/SQL for bulk loads and interfaces, supporting payroll feeds toward ADP and automated enrollment updates during open enrollment windows.
Governance and rollout were centered on benefits project ownership, with the implementation team performing Open Enrollment for OAB and CWB and acting as point of contact for those projects. The project emphasized configuration accuracy for eligibility and rate profiles and established role based setups within SSHR to support enrollment workflows and administrative approvals.
