In 2014, Dynatrace implemented Oracle NetSuite ERP in an initiative scoped to ERP Financial systems. The deployment centered on a Boomi integration project to connect Salesforce, NetSuite, Concur, Ultimate (HR), iCIMS, Active Directory, FTP, disk repositories and a SQL Server database.
The implementation concentrated on an Order to Cash solution where Oracle NetSuite ERP was configured to manage order management, billing and invoicing workflows that interface with Salesforce for opportunity to order conversion. Design and configuration work included mapping sales objects to financial transactions and orchestrating automated billing processes through Boomi as the integration backbone.
Human resources automation was delivered via a New Hire USA/Global solution that integrated iCIMS with Ultimate (HR) and NetSuite, enabling onboarding data flows across HR and payroll adjacent systems. Integrations also synchronized identity and access records with Active Directory, handled file transfers through FTP and disk endpoints, and exchanged relational data with a SQL Server database, all mediated by the Boomi layer.
Governance and operational readiness measures included centralized integration design ownership and completion of role-specific training such as Salesforce Administration and SpringCM Automation to support ongoing administration and automation. The program impacted Sales, Finance and HR business functions and established an integration-centric architecture for ERP Financial operations using Oracle NetSuite ERP.

Governance shifted to standardized approval routing and centralized request processing within the application, creating a set and forget leave process for managers and HR administrators and reducing manual coordination across Dynatrace US HR and people operations.
