Integrations also synchronized identity and access records with Active Directory, handled file transfers through FTP and disk endpoints, and exchanged relational data with a SQL Server database, all mediated by the Boomi layer. Governance and operational readiness measures included centralized integration design ownership and completion of role-specific training such as Salesforce Administration and SpringCM Automation to support ongoing administration and automation. The program impacted Sales, Finance and HR business functions and established an integration-centric architecture for ERP Financial operations using Oracle NetSuite ERP.
