The implementation emphasized core Payroll capabilities including timesheet intake, payrun preparation, and employee record maintenance. Staff processed timesheets for over 100 employees and input payroll runs directly into MYOB PayGlobal, with configuration and posting workflows aligned to cost centre allocations for property and site expenses. Finance operations continued to use MYOB and Oneoffice for accounts payable and accounts receivable processing, handling approximately 500 invoices per month, performing invoice to bank statement matching, and executing bank and account reconciliations. Payroll processing worked in coordination with accounts tasks to support intercompany loan adjustments, month end adjustments, and statutory financial reporting activities while vendor communications and payment allocations remained managed by finance via email and phone workflows. Operational governance was centered in the finance and payroll teams, who managed data entry, reconciliations, and ad hoc accounting work across a property portfolio of more than 100 sites including leasing and asset expense allocation. The deployment focused on procedural controls for timesheet capture, invoice matching, and month end adjustments, with MYOB PayGlobal explicitly used as the organization’s Payroll application.
