The implementation also established regular sales report ingestion to calculate and submit required state taxes, and it incorporated HR maintained employee records to support payroll and payroll related accruals including IRA plan data. Governance and workflow restructuring accompanied the rollout, with formalized reconciliations supported by documentation to ensure account accuracy for month end close and audit readiness. Billing and collections workflows were coordinated with global team members to standardize customer billing, collections activities, and revenue recognition schedules inside Oracle NetSuite ERP.
