| SAP | Legacy | SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central | Core HR | HCM | Persolis | 2020 | 2020 |
In 2020 EVS implemented SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central as a cloud SaaS Core HR platform to centralize HR information across its decentralized media operations. The deployment addressed a workforce of nearly 600 employees distributed across 25 sites and sought to preserve collaborative HR processes after a shift to remote working during the pandemic.
Persolis led the implementation, configuring SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central to provide local self-service capabilities for consultation, updating and correction of employee data in real time, while maintaining central oversight. The initial scope centered on the Employee Central module and was later extended to cover compensation processes and recruitment, preserving the single-platform data model and consistent record structures.
The implementation emphasized integration of HR data flows with central services and with IT and Finance stakeholders to enable consolidated reporting and decision support, without specifying named downstream systems. The SaaS architecture enabled broad data exploitation and role-based management autonomy so that operational teams could manage HR transactions close to the field.
Governance and process changes focused on reducing processing disparities and eliminating special-case handling, establishing consistent and secure HR administrative processes across sites. Persolis structured rollout and configuration to balance local autonomy with central controls, standardizing workflows while enabling localized updates and compliance with multiple local regulations.
As a result EVS gained greater employee autonomy and streamlined HR administration, with documented improvements in data quality and time savings reported by HR teams. The deployment of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central positioned EVS to extend cloud Core HR capabilities into compensation and recruitment, enhancing both the employee experience and candidate experience while supporting operational efficiency in HR.

In 2021, EVS implemented Hotjar on its public website. Hotjar was adopted as a Customer Experience solution to capture behavioral analytics and qualitative feedback, using session recordings, heatmaps, funnel and form analysis, and on page feedback mechanisms that are typical capabilities of the application.
The deployment was realized through client side JavaScript instrumentation embedded in the site front end to collect visitor interactions for product, UX and marketing workflows.
