Operational coverage emphasized store-level scheduling and centralized reporting for regional management, enabling faster expansion workflows as new sites were onboarded. Governance changes focused on formalizing approval steps for timecard edits and tip-pool reconciliation, and the Square Shifts implementation delivered quicker timecard adjustments, better tip-pool management, actionable labor-vs-sales reporting and faster expansion workflows that saved management significant time and supported multi-site scaling.
