In 2016 GEODIS Singapore implemented Cegid Talentsoft Core HR as part of the group HRIS deployment, using the Core HR application to consolidate employee master records and organizational data. The implementation aligned with a global footprint that spans more than 62 countries, noting that all countries used Talentsoft except the United States which maintained a local UKG system, creating a specific requirement to centralize US data into the group HRIS. Cegid Talentsoft Core HR was configured to support typical Core HR capabilities, including employee master data, organizational and position management, assignment and contract records, and role based access controls. Configuration work emphasized consistent data models and security domains to support a single source of truth for workforce information across GEODIS entities that use Talentsoft. The project included explicit integration work to bring US records into the group system, interfaces were created to synchronize selected fields from the US UKG environment into Talentsoft, and ongoing updates were required to ensure data parity. A GEODIS HRIS analyst was responsible for building and validating these interfaces, and for updating specific employee data fields to reflect US system information accurately in Talentsoft. Operational governance focused on master data reconciliation and workflow changes to support centralized HR recordkeeping, establishing data validation checkpoints and ongoing interface maintenance processes. The implementation framed GEODIS Singapore as a participant in the group HRIS, with centralized configuration and governance that ensured the Cegid Talentsoft Core HR application served as the common Core HR platform for the regions using Talentsoft.
