In 2020, Sogetrel implemented Kofax ReadSoft Online as an AP Automation solution to centralize invoice capture and processing within its finance organization. The initiative was driven through the company ERP functional administration function and targeted accounts payable workflows and monthly accounting close activities for internal employees.
Kofax ReadSoft Online was configured to deliver invoice capture, OCR-based data extraction, validation logic, and automated workflow routing to support accounts payable processing. Configuration and operational duties included access and license management, expression of development needs for exception handling, and co-piloting ERP accounting projects to align invoice data with accounting controls.
The ReadSoft Online deployment operated alongside Sogetrel's Oracle Cloud ERP and Microsoft Dynamics AX footprint and was managed in the same administrative scope as Notilus and Viareport for related operational data. Governance was formalized through the ERP functional administrator role, which combined Oracle Cloud support, monthly closing responsibilities, user access controls, and coordination of development requests to maintain AP Automation continuity.

Operational coverage included ongoing administration of the Talentsoft LMS for 4,000 learners, plus a coordinated marketing strategy for the digital training offer that used mailing campaigns, promotional trailers, and the organization and animation of information webinars to drive enrollment and engagement. Content lifecycle workflows moved from storyboard to authoring to LCMS publication and then to LMS enrollment and reporting, preserving instructional design traceability and version control.
Governance and process changes created clear handoffs between instructional design, LMS administration, and marketing teams, with centralized administration of Cegid Talentsoft LMS and campaign driven learner communications. The program emphasized standardized storyboard templates, scheduled publication cycles in LCMS Talentsoft, and webinar based information sessions to support rollout and adoption within Sogetrel.
