The program was reported in 2016 to have enabled leaders to act quickly on anonymous feedback, and it was associated with a reduction in IT turnover from approximately 12 percent to approximately 3 percent over an 18 month period. MicroStrategy ONE Analytics was used to model insurance-specific metrics and operational reporting logic, and to provision role-based access and report distribution consistent with underwriting, policy administration and billing workflows. Integration work explicitly synchronized MicroStrategy screens with Guidewire modules, including Guidewire Claim Center, Policy Center and Billing Center, and the team interacted directly with the Guidewire development group to align UI elements to customized transaction screens. Development and integration work was managed across all phases of the project life cycle, including analysis, design, development, testing, implementation and post-production support, and included feasibility analysis and requirements for enhancements and defects related to the Guidewire claims system. Governance was driven by formal requirements documentation and project lifecycle controls, supporting defect triage, change coordination and post-production support processes. The implementation narrative centers on MicroStrategy ONE Analytics as the Analytics and BI platform delivering consolidated reporting, embedded UI views tied to Guidewire transaction screens, and operational support for underwriting, claims and billing functions.
