The deployment emphasized integration of sales workflows with event operations to preserve data continuity between contract negotiation and day of event responsibilities, without naming external third party systems. Governance for the deployment codified event management procedures and communication protocols, including a 24 hour RFP response expectation, standardized contract documentation, and timelines for producing banquet and catering event orders and resumes. These controls reinforced accountability for solicitation activities, internal handoffs, and execution readiness using Amadeus Delphi Sales & Catering as the system of record for Hospitality ERP functions.
