In 2018, Hodges Real Estate implemented Jotform ATS as an Applicant Tracking System to support recruiting and hiring functions. The deployment leverages Jotform forms embedded on the company careers pages to capture candidate applications and resume submissions for property management and real estate roles.
Configuration work focused on candidate intake workflows, including web-embedded application forms, resume upload fields, screening questions, conditional logic to route form responses, and automated email acknowledgements. Jotform ATS served as the central repository for submitted applications and form data, enabling HR to access standardized applicant records through the Jotform interface.
No external integration vendors are documented, the implementation is centered on the website-hosted form layer and internal HR consumption rather than cross-system orchestration. Operational coverage targeted recruiting and hiring teams and hiring managers who review submissions via the embedded form responses and Jotform dashboards.
Governance emphasis was on standardizing application capture and assigning HR ownership for form configuration and candidate review procedures. The Jotform ATS implementation established a consistent intake process and straightforward reviewer workflow, aligning the application capture layer directly with Hodges Real Estate recruiting processes.

In 2019 Hodges Real Estate implemented PropertyMe as its Real Estate Property Management application. The deployment placed PropertyMe on the corporate website to surface live property listings and to provide direct tenant and owner portal access through hodges.com.au.
The implementation leveraged standard Real Estate Property Management modules, configured for centralized property listings, lease administration, tenant portals, owner portals, maintenance request tracking and trust accounting workflows. PropertyMe was provisioned to support property operations, leasing, accounting and client servicing functions within Hodges Real Estate.
Architecturally the solution was delivered as a cloud SaaS instance with the public website integrated for listing presentation and portal access, while centralized administration and role based permissions segregated owner, tenant and staff functionality. Governance focused on standardized workflows for tenancy onboarding, maintenance lifecycle management and owner statement generation, accompanied by internal training and procedural documentation for property managers and accounting staff.
