Operational scope emphasized point of sale enrollment, owner onboarding, and online customer and service center authentication, with process controls to govern certificate issuance and ownership transfers between retail, customer, and service stakeholders. The implementation produced a system where electronic guarantees and owner registration occur at purchase, and customers and authorized service centers can perform online authenticity checks via WISeAuthentic Blockchain Platform, strengthening brand protection and enabling structured after sales verification.
