In 2010, Indivior PLC implemented SAP ERP ECC 6.0 to establish a unified transactional backbone for ERP Financial and operational processes. SAP ERP ECC 6.0 was deployed to consolidate manufacturing, procurement, inventory and order-to-cash workflows into a single system of record.
The implementation included SAP modules PP-PI, MM, SD and QM, with configuration focused on process integration for production planning and process integration, materials management, sales and distribution, and quality management. Supply chain planning was built using Flexible planning and SOP demand planning, with MRP configured to support planned procurement and production execution. The SAP environment was documented as running EHP7 for SAP ERP 6.0 on SAP HANA.
A template design was rolled out to Indivior manufacturing plants and the global supply chain during an April 2015 to September 2015 program, delivering factory controls such as factory plan capacity levelling, production execution and reporting. The SAP ERP ECC 6.0 implementation integrated production execution workflows with planning and inventory controls to create a consistent ERP Financial and operational transaction layer across sites.
Governance followed structured scoping workshops, gap analysis, template development, test preparation, testing and training, executed alongside an external implementation partner. Operational ownership centered on manufacturing, global supply chain and commercial functions, and the program included targeted supply chain enhancement projects to formalize SOP demand planning and MRP driven replenishment. Indivior PLC used SAP ERP ECC 6.0 to support ERP Financial, manufacturing and supply chain business functions within a template-based rollout and controlled governance model.

In 2011, Indivior PLC implemented SAP ERP ECC 6.0 - Plant Maintenance (PM) to establish centralized Plant Maintenance capabilities across its manufacturing footprint. The deployment targeted structured maintenance planning, work order management, equipment master data, and preventive maintenance scheduling within the Plant Maintenance application environment.
The implementation leveraged broader SAP ERP functionality, with configuration and template work integrating SAP modules PP-PI, MM, SD and QM to align production planning, materials management, sales and distribution, and quality management with maintenance processes. Supply chain development used Flexible Planning, SOP demand planning and MRP workflows, and the SAP landscape was brought to EHP7 for SAP ERP 6.0 on SAP HANA for enhanced application performance and reporting.
Operational scope included rollout of a template design to manufacturing plants and the global supply chain, tying factory controls into the maintenance layer for factory plan capacity leveling, production execution and reporting. The SAP ERP ECC 6.0 - Plant Maintenance (PM) implementation connected maintenance planning with production execution and inventory processes to support cross-functional manufacturing and supply chain operations.
Governance and delivery emphasized scoping workshops, gap analysis, development of an enhanced template, test preparation, testing, training and phased implementation. Work was executed in collaboration with an external implementation partner, with controlled test cycles and training programs to embed new maintenance workflows and operational governance.

| SAP | Legacy | SAP BW (Business Warehouse) | Data Warehouse | Analytics and BI | n/a | 2016 | 2016 |
In 2016, Indivior PLC deployed SAP BW (Business Warehouse) as its Data Warehouse to stabilize and centralize analytics for Procurement to Pay and Order to Cash processes. The SAP BW (Business Warehouse) implementation focused on stabilization, maintenance, support and enhancement of supply functions spanning direct procurement, indirect procurement and inventory management. This deployment provided a single analytics layer for spend, compliance and supplier performance reporting.
Implementation work included development of analytic data models, ETL pipelines and operational dashboards in SAP BW (Business Warehouse), with emphasis on spend analytics, PO compliance and supplier payment performance. SAP BW supported analytics based process improvements and dashboard development used to monitor Mobile Adoption for SAP FIORI and to drive stabilization activities across the supply landscape. Invoice and PO approval workflows were instrumented at the transactional layer and fed BW reporting for trend analysis and exception management.
The SAP BW implementation consumed transaction and interface streams tied to procurement and logistics, including direct procurement via Intercompany STO and Intracompany STOs, external suppliers through Standard POs and Subcontracting orders, and indirect procurement via Framework Orders. Integrations explicitly included ALE interfaces with third party logistics providers, invoice processing via Concur Technologies using INVOIC IDocs, and warehouse reconciliation through IDoc types SHPCON, MBGMCR, DESADV and ORDERS. Data feeds from these interfaces were normalized in SAP BW to enable cross functional reporting for Procurement to Pay and Order to Cash.
Governance and rollout were supported by expert led trainings, super user sessions, go live clinics and structured stakeholder management operating under a strict compliance framework. The functional lead responsibilities included stabilization, year end closure activities, support pack upgrades and disaster recovery readiness. These analytics and governance efforts resulted in a reduction in supplier late payments by over 20 percent and an increase in Mobile Adoption by 32 percent. Ongoing maintenance and support activities continued to prioritize analytics based improvement of the SAP supply landscape.
