In 2012, InEight implemented Oracle NetSuite ERP as its core financial system. The deployment positioned Oracle NetSuite ERP as the ERP Financial backbone supporting the companys finance, accounting and treasury functions within its United States operations.
The implementation included configuration of standard ERP Financial capabilities such as general ledger bookkeeping, accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash management, consolidation and financial reporting. Multi currency and foreign exchange handling were enabled, with Oracle NetSuite ERP configured to apply FX rates consistently across bookkeeping, transfers and payments, consolidations and periodic reporting processes.
Integration work focused on sourcing foreign exchange rates from Thomson Reuters into NetSuite, ensuring automated ingestion of FX rates for day to day bookkeeping and payment workflows, and for month end consolidation runs. The architecture centralized exchange rate management inside Oracle NetSuite ERP so that rate feeds could be reused by payment setup, cash transfers and consolidated reporting functions.
Governance was organized around finance and treasury teams to control FX rate application, approval of transfers and payment execution, and consolidation workflows for reporting. The implementation emphasized consistent rate sourcing and applied controls to align bookkeeping, payments and consolidated financial statements under the Oracle NetSuite ERP environment.

The initial scope focused on a manager and eight multi-lingual customer support consultants, positioning the application as the primary record for career development plans and performance artifacts for that support organization.
Configuration centered on goal setting, development plan templates and structured performance review workflows to capture and track progress against individual career development plans. The implementation included multilingual configuration and continuous performance note capture consistent with standard Performance and Goal Management capabilities, enabling the manager to record and review staff development activity directly in SAP SuccessFactors Performance and Goals.
Operational governance aligned HR and front-line support management to ensure career development tracking fit the demands of 24/7 coverage, with oversight spanning human resources, customer support management and talent development. Rollout and usage emphasized ongoing tracking of individual progress in SuccessFactors as the authoritative source for performance and development within the support organization.

Configuration centered on core Professional Services Automation capabilities, including project management, resource management, time and expense capture, billing, and project accounting modules in Oracle Netsuite OpenAir. These modules were configured to enforce standardized service delivery workflows, approval chains, and multi project scheduling consistent with PSA operations.
OpenAir and Marketo were implemented and integrated with NetSuite CRM to connect marketing signals, CRM opportunity and account records, and professional services workflows. Integration work focused on synchronizing account and opportunity data between NetSuite CRM and Oracle Netsuite OpenAir, initiating project records from CRM opportunities, and routing time and expense data into billing and invoicing processes.
