The architecture centralized exchange rate management inside Oracle NetSuite ERP so that rate feeds could be reused by payment setup, cash transfers and consolidated reporting functions. Governance was organized around finance and treasury teams to control FX rate application, approval of transfers and payment execution, and consolidation workflows for reporting. The implementation emphasized consistent rate sourcing and applied controls to align bookkeeping, payments and consolidated financial statements under the Oracle NetSuite ERP environment.
