Oracle Legacy Oracle E-Business Suite ERP Financial ERP Financial Management n/a 2012 2017
In 2012, Intuit implemented Oracle E-Business Suite as a central element of its ERP Financial stack to consolidate core finance and billing workflows. Oracle E-Business Suite was positioned to support Finance functions including billing orchestration, revenue accounting, accounts receivable and general ledger processing. The implementation emphasized standard financial modules and configuration for invoicing, accounts receivable, general ledger posting and revenue event capture, with automation of billing workflows and reconciliation processes. Oracle E-Business Suite was configured to handle transaction orchestration and subledger interfaces consistent with ERP Financial functional workflows. Integrations were explicitly built with billing and revenue platforms, including Oracle BRM and Oracle R12 Revstream, plus money movement systems used by the payments business. These integrations conveyed billing events into Oracle E-Business Suite for revenue accounting, and routed payment settlement and reconciliation data back into finance ledgers. A centralized group of process architects drove the development and rollout, operating across Finance, IT and business units with a business first principle. That team worked end-to-end across Intuit processes, enforcing governance and standardized workflows to align Oracle E-Business Suite with the companys broader billing and payments platform architecture.

Within iCIMS Recruit Applicant Tracking System, configuration emphasized core Applicant Tracking System capabilities, including requisition and approval workflows, candidate lifecycle management from application through interview, structured interview scheduling, offer management, and recruiting analytics. The implementation integrated the ATS directly with Intuit's public careers site to embed application forms and publish job feeds, ensuring inbound candidate capture flows into the iCIMS system. Operational coverage focused on recruiting and HR operations and the centralized careers portal, with governance managed through recruiting operations to control configuration, workflow rules, and access permissions.

LeaseCalcs Legacy LeaseCalcs Lease Management ERP Services and Operations n/a 2017 2017
In 2017, Intuit implemented LeaseCalcs to establish a single complete and accurate source of truth to drive Real Estate, Accounting, and Finance decisions. The deployment targeted the Lease Management apps category and centralized lease records, accounting schedules, and decision support within the LeaseCalcs application. The program explicitly aimed to automate the lease management and lease accounting process with minimal manual involvement to enable better lease management and lease accounting. The LeaseCalcs implementation delivered a centralized lease repository, an automated lease accounting engine for amortization and expense recognition, configurable workflow automation for approvals and renewals, and reporting and audit trail capabilities for compliance and decision support. Configuration work focused on standardizing lease data models, implementing lease classification logic, and automating recurring accounting entries to align with finance control workflows. Operational coverage concentrated on Real Estate, Accounting, and Finance business functions, with LeaseCalcs serving as the authoritative Lease Management store for lease information and accounting treatment. The deployment supported corporate lease administration processes and provided consolidated lease data to inform budgeting and financial close activities. Governance was tightened through standardized lease intake and approval workflows, role based access controls, and audit controls to enforce consistent lease accounting practices across business units. Automation reduced manual intervention in lease processing and was intended to prevent cost leakage by improving consistency and oversight.
