In 2024, Invensis India deployed the Edstellar Training Management Platform as a Learning and Development solution to standardize vendor onboarding, scheduling, and training delivery. The initiative was driven by HR and L&D teams in India and focused on centralizing training administration and vendor management across the organization.
Edstellar Training Management Platform delivered integrated training management system capabilities including vendor onboarding workflows, scheduling and calendar management, assignment and tracking of training delivery, and analytics for outcome measurement. Configuration prioritized vendor profile management, approval workflows, and training project orchestration to support multiple concurrent deliveries and to instrument outcome measurement through the platform analytics.
The engagement combined the platform with managed training services provided by Edstellar to operate scheduling and delivery, effectively centralizing administration, vendor shortlisting, and training execution workflows. Operational coverage targeted HR and L&D functions in India, with the integrated TMS used to consolidate vendor management and training analytics into a single operational view.
Using the Edstellar Training Management Platform, Invensis completed approximately 60 training projects in two months and reduced time spent shortlisting vendors by about 90 percent. These results were achieved through platform configuration and managed services that centralized vendor selection, automated scheduling, and standardized delivery processes.
