The solution was provisioned on the SAP SuccessFactors cloud platform to provide a centralized Compensation Management layer across multiple legal entities and business units. EPI-USE continued to provide Application Management Services to optimize the system after go live and to support the rollout of additional talent modules, sustaining operational support across the 29 country footprint. Operational scope covered HR, rewards, and talent management functions responsible for compensation planning, budgeting, and calibration. Governance and process changes focused on standardization and adoption of a single global template, with EPI-USE guiding template governance and ongoing AMS oversight. The case notes that continued AMS and additional Talent Management module deployments were intended to unlock greater ROI for J.M. Huber, while maintaining system optimization and adoption efforts.
