Operational scope included the HR, payroll, talent acquisition and learning functions supporting over 3,000 employees across Jardine Motors Group Plc in the United Kingdom. Governance and process changes centered on standardized job profiles, template-driven recruiting, and electronic signature workflows, and Jardine subsequently onboarded additional acquired dealerships and their employees into the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central system with minimal partner intervention. The program explicitly reduced administrative costs, created efficiencies and delivered a single consistent dataset for reporting.
