Reporting capabilities were instrumented to deliver faster absence reporting and consolidated views for HR and people managers. Operational scope covered HR administration and line manager workflows across the companys UK and international staff, with the small HR team retaining operational governance over policies and approvals. The rollout sequence followed Ciphr account activation in November 2019 and the spring 2020 go live, enabling process standardisation and clearer control of absence processes. The implementation delivered faster reporting and better control of absence processes for the small HR team.
