The solution was integrated with the RDHA external database to keep leagues, matches and officials synchronized, enabling automated propagation of assignments and consistent official rosters across competition schedules. Operational coverage included national competitions and regional leagues, aligning match schedules with official availability and assignments. Governance moved toward a centralized assignment and communications workflow administered by KNHB officials, streamlining assessment reporting and improving system stability as reported. RefAssist therefore functions as the primary Workforce Management platform for the Royal Dutch Hockey Association officials and scheduling operations.

Governance and rollout were handled through Business Experts led configuration and handover, and KNHB reported that the solution saves costs and helps prevent risks.
